This is an 8-week strength program that is focused around squat bench and deadlift but it includes other movements as well - such as side bends, zerchers, hack deadlifts, etc. It is designed to get you strong in multiple ways!


The equipment that is absolutely needed is just a barbell, rack, bench, and plates. If you have those then you can make adjustments to some exercises and get everything done. The recommended equipment is:

  • Barbell
  • Rack
  • Bench
  • Pull up bar
  • Cable stack
  • Dumbbells
  • SSB
  • Slant board


Program length is 8 weeks but there are instructions to extend it to 12 and 16 weeks. It is also 6 days per week but there are instructions for 4 days per week.
